Our story
Ours started with a dream, a few college students, and an apartment numbered 215.
215 Farms began with a dream shared by a group of students at the University of Mount Olive. Although we each came from different backgrounds, we shared a common passion: a desire to work in agriculture, build something of our own, and one day own a farm.
The idea for 215 Farms was born right in our apartment, where countless conversations about farming, business, and the future eventually turned into a vision for something bigger. Our apartment number was 215, and what started as simply the number on our door quickly became the name of the company we dreamed of building.
For months, we spent countless hours discussing business plans, farming ideas, crops, markets, and what it would take to turn our vision into reality. What began as conversations between friends slowly became a legitimate business built around a shared passion for agriculture and our community.
The University of Mount Olive has played a key role in our journey. Through our education, experiences, relationships, and opportunities at the university, we have gained knowledge and encouragement that helped turn an idea in an apartment into a growing agricultural business.
What we stand on
We are committed to being good stewards of the land God has given us, producing quality food for our community, and building a business that brings glory to Him.
